These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of seasaltco.in (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from Seasaltco.

The Website is operated by CAPFORM LLP, trading as Seasaltco. (“Seasaltco.”, “we”, “us” or “our”), having its registered office at 301, Sarthik Square, Near Shapath-3, S.G. Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380054, India.

These Terms constitute an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and applicable rules and do not require a physical or digital signature.

By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy and any other policies displayed on the Website.

1. Eligibility

You must be legally competent to enter into a contract under applicable Indian law to place an order with us.

If you are under 18, you may use the Website or purchase products only through, or with the involvement of, a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

We try to describe and display our products, shades, packaging, quantities, ingredients and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.

Actual colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting and device settings. Product packaging may occasionally change without materially changing the product.

Please read all labels, directions, cautions and ingredient information before use.

Our products are intended for personal use unless expressly stated otherwise. You may not purchase products from the Website for unauthorised commercial resale.

3. Prices and taxes

All prices displayed on the Website are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated, and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

Shipping fees or other order-level charges, if any, will be shown to you before you complete your purchase.

We may change product prices, promotions and offers from time to time. A price change will not affect an order that we have already accepted, except where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer by you to purchase the selected products.

An automated order-confirmation email or message confirms that we have received your order. It does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We may cancel or refuse an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

• the product is unavailable;
• the delivery address is not serviceable;
• payment has not been successfully completed;
• we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorised resale or misuse of an offer;
• product or pricing information contains an obvious error; or
• we are required to do so by law.

If we cancel a prepaid order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the cancelled product or order will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. Order cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible and the Refund Policy will apply.

We do not impose a cancellation charge merely because you cancel an eligible order before dispatch.

6. Payments

Available payment methods are displayed during checkout. We currently accept prepaid orders only; Cash on Delivery is not available.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Seasaltco. does not receive or store your complete card, UPI or banking credentials.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Payment fraud warning. Only make online payments through seasaltco.in or the payment interfaces presented during our official checkout. Seasaltco. will never ask you to make additional payments to a personal UPI ID, an unverified QR code or an unrelated payment link. If you receive a suspicious payment request claiming to be from Seasaltco., contact us before paying.

7. Shipping and delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Delivery dates shown on the Website or provided by courier partners are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, telephone number and other information reasonably required for delivery.

8. Returns, replacements and refunds

Cosmetic products are not returnable or refundable merely because of a change of mind, shade preference, texture preference or other personal-preference reason.

Damaged, defective, incorrect or incomplete orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Opened or used products cannot be returned unless there is a genuine product defect.

Eligible claims are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. If a claim is approved, we will arrange the return pickup where required and process the eligible replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer-protection law.

9. Promotions and discount codes

Promotional offers, coupons and discount codes may be subject to additional conditions displayed with the relevant offer. Unless specifically permitted:

• offers cannot be exchanged for cash;
• multiple discount codes cannot be combined; and
• an offer may be limited by product, order value, customer, time period or availability.

We may withdraw or correct a promotion where reasonably necessary due to an error, misuse or legal requirement, without affecting orders already validly completed under that promotion unless required by law.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. Please notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation.

We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, security risks or misuse of the Website.

11. Reviews and user content

If you submit a product review, photograph, comment or other content to Seasaltco., you confirm that the content is yours or you have permission to submit it; that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory or infringing; and that it does not contain malicious code or inappropriate personal information.

You grant Seasaltco. a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and use content you voluntarily submit for operating and promoting the Website and products, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We may moderate or remove content that violates these Terms, but we will not manipulate reviews or represent ourselves as customers.

12. Intellectual property

The Seasaltco. name, wordmark, logomark, packaging designs, photographs, graphics, text, Website design and other brand material are owned by or licensed to CAPFORM LLP and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may use the Website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, copy, scrape, distribute, modify, commercially exploit or create derivative works from our content without permission, except where permitted by law.

13. Acceptable use

You must not use the Website to commit fraud, impersonate another person, interfere with the Website's operation or security, introduce malicious software, attempt unauthorised access, scrape the Website at unreasonable scale, infringe intellectual-property rights or violate applicable law.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, Seasaltco. or the Website.

14. Third-party services and links

Our Website relies on third parties for services such as hosting, payments, communications and shipping. Third-party websites and services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party websites merely because the Website contains a link to them.

Nothing in this clause excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Website available, secure and accurate. However, temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, technical failures, network problems or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Seasaltco. will not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from your use of the Website or purchase of products.

You remain responsible for following product directions, warnings and reasonable safety precautions.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our products, Website, operations or applicable law. The latest version will be published on this page with its last-updated date. Changes will apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law.

19. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be dealt with by courts, consumer commissions or other authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law. Where the parties are legally permitted to choose jurisdiction, courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat will have jurisdiction.
